Accommodation

We offer guests warm, comfortably furnished en-suite accommodation and delicious home cooked meals. Our guest lounge has an open fire, television, reference books and maps. In our totally non-smoking establishment, guests can stay in one twin or two double rooms.

At Chapel Farmhouse, as day draws to an end you can relax by the open fires in the lounge or dining room. Traditional Yorkshire farmhouse dinners are available, prepared with locally produced ingredients and complemented by a traditional dessert. Start the morning with a hearty farmhouse breakfast and if required, order a packed ‘walkers' lunch.

Chapel Farmhouse has private off-road parking, lock-up for bikes, and ground floor toilet facilities for the disabled.

Until 2006 we ran a Tea Room in which Joyce's cooking attracted positive reviews in weekend supplements of two national newspapers and, in 2002, received the "most unequivocally acclamatory review of the year" from the Northern Echo's food correspondent.
